Founder - EMP Immunity Initiative

Reinhard Stamminger is a visionary leader, telecommunications engineer, and the driving force behind both Master Mind Team USA and the national EMP Immunity initiative.

Born near Vienna, Austria in August 1934 — the same month Adolf Hitler rose to power — Reinhard’s early life was shaped by the realities and consequences of global conflict. Having witnessed firsthand the destruction of World War II and the loss of family members during the war, he has long understood the critical importance of preparedness and proactive leadership in the face of national risk.

Mr. Stamminger began his professional career in engineering, specializing in telecommunications. He worked with international industry leaders including Philips in Eindhoven, Rohde & Schwarz in Munich, and ITT Canada in Montreal. In the mid-1960s he immigrated to the United States where he continued his work in advanced communications systems, notably as part of Comsat (the Communications Satellite Corporation). In that role, he coordinated satellite network systems on an international scale — including work linked with the global Intelsat satellite network. 

Ultimately, Reinhard’s passion for innovation led him to establish his own consulting firm, Future Systems International, focused on satellite communications. His work took him across Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, and throughout the former Soviet Union — giving him global perspective and technical insight into complex system architectures and infrastructure challenges.

Reinhard’s deep commitment to national resilience grew into a singular mission: to protect the United States from the catastrophic consequences of an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) event. Through more than a decade of focused effort, he developed and championed the EMP Immunity Project — a long-term initiative dedicated to educating stakeholders, building strategic partnerships, and advancing solutions to make America resilient against EMP threats. This initiative reflects his belief that preparedness is not merely technical — it is essential to national security and the future well-being of every citizen.

Mr. Stamminger’s leadership philosophy blends technical expertise with social responsibility. He believes that real progress toward national resilience must be grounded in awareness, education, and collaborative action across sectors. Under his guidance, the EMP Immunity effort has expanded to engage communities, professionals, and youth — emphasizing both the why and the how of national preparedness.

As CEO of Master Mind Team USA, Reinhard applies decades of experience to help organizations — from small businesses to national initiatives — realize greater leadership capacity, strategic clarity, and measurable growth. Through the company’s consulting and project-management services, he continues to empower leaders to transform challenges into opportunities for impact.
